Arbitration Program

Ever wonder how you can save money in the claims process?  One obvious way is to have fewer claims, but a less obvious solution is to rely on arbitration instead of litigation to resolve disputed claims.  The cost of arbitration is only a fraction of the cost of litigation.

And because participation in a Dispute Settlement Program is required to maintain your interstate operating authority, the AMSA Arbitration Program (a membership benefit), provides a quick, efficient and cost-effective way to both resolve disputed claims and comply with federal regulations.

In a partnership with the National Arbitration Forum, AMSA's program uses retired judges, senior trial attorneys and law professors to recommend dispute settlements.  The AMSA Panel of Arbitrators is made up exclusively of retired judges.
